By accessing or using FurFap ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use the Site. You affirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater).

2. Nature of the Site

FurFap is an adult-oriented art archive and imageboard dedicated to the preservation and indexing of artistic creations. The Site hosts user-submitted content including illustrations, digital art, animations, and other creative works. The Site may contain sexually explicit material and is intended solely for adults.

3. User-Generated Content

All content on FurFap is submitted by users and community members. FurFap does not create, commission, endorse, or verify any content uploaded to the platform. Content is hosted and indexed for archival purposes.

By uploading content, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the right to share the content or it falls under fair use for archival purposes
• The content does not depict real minors in any capacity
• The content does not violate applicable law
• You grant FurFap a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute the content on the platform

4. Content Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

FurFap assumes no responsibility or liability for any user-submitted content. All content is provided "as-is" and is uploaded by third-party users for archival and indexing purposes. We act solely as a hosting platform and do not exercise editorial control over submissions beyond enforcing these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FurFap, its operators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Site
• Any content posted, uploaded, or transmitted through the Site
• Unauthorized access to your account or data
• Any third-party conduct on the Site

5. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited and will be removed on discovery:

• Real photographs or realistic depictions of minors in sexual or suggestive situations
• Content that violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law
• Malware, viruses, or any code designed to harm other users
• Personal information (doxxing) of any individual without their consent
• Content created through non-consensual distribution of real individuals' intimate imagery

6. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

7. DMCA / Takedown Requests

If you are a copyright holder and believe content on FurFap infringes your rights, please submit a takedown request through our Support Ticket system with the subject "DMCA Takedown." Include:

• Identification of the copyrighted work
• URL(s) of the infringing material on our Site
• Your contact information
• A statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorized
• A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate

8. Tagging & Rating System

Content on the Site is tagged and rated by community members. Ratings (Safe, Questionable, Explicit) are community-assigned and may not always be accurate. Users are advised to configure their content filters appropriately.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or are used for any unlawful purpose, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
